Very Dissapointed in Quality, June 7, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Advanced Tool Design Model ATD-7017 Plastic Utility Cart With Three Shelves & Two Locking Wheels (Automotive) I took me a while to find the cart I wanted for the garden furtilizer, chemicals, and tools. I thought this cart was the answer but I was very wrong.
The item was received and very easy to put together. I stocked it with all my garden materials which were well within the weight limits posted.
The cart was pushed up against a wall until my next few hours in the yard where I could pull it out and roll it around.
This morning, I went out to the garage, and after owning this for two weeks, the cart was tipped on its side, and 3 wheels had broken off. Even thought I was well within weight limits, and the cart was upright the 3 wheels just snapped off, and of course, broke the "plastic" and cannot be repaired.
While this was supposed to be a rugged heavy duty cart. It certainly is not of the quality that I expected. For $100.00, I expect much more out of a simple wheeled cart.

Mom was skeptical because Dad has made his own carts out of wood but they are heavy. This is light but durable plastic, so she has no problems wheeling it around. The shelves are perfect size, right depth for bottles. For us, it's really a fantastic buy. Fox Run had lightening fast shipping.

It held backpacks and supplies. Today the wheels broke off. I would have had this item for one year in August.
