I needed something for my monitor to sit on above my laptop docking station. This works perfectly. It clears the docking station, and is just high enough to bring the monitor at eye level. The plus, is that it does not use more room on my crowded desk than it needs to. It's well made, packaged well, and it took under 5 minutes to put together. All around, a great purchase.
