Defective product, lousy customer service., May 19, 2010 By I got my lapdawg and was eager to put it to use, but the adjustable legs do not lock fully and wobble around. One side is looser than the other and as a result, the tray sags to one side. Lapdawg provides no customer support number on their invoice and I had to dig for the number on Amazon but when I called it I just get a message saying to call back later even though their customer service page says call 24x7. If I want to return the product, their site says I have to pay for shipping. I seriously hope they offer to cover that or I will be taking harsher action against them. For such an expensive tray I expected more from the product and the company. I would not recommend anyone buys this product.

A Great Laptop Stand, Beautifully Designed, September 14, 2010 I got this as a birthday gift, and i have to say it's one of the best ones i've received. I called they're hot line to double check on the lifetime warranty and its real! I've read some of the other reviews and have to agree with some points.
Good Points:
* Super adjustable, as described in their poorly written description. It actually has more positions but it would be hard to describe it then.
* This thing rocks in bed! Like the picture shown i can't tell you how many movies i've watched now.
* Quality is top notch, very smooth metal (i think aluminum) has a very good finish on it.
* You can actually use both sides of the table. The other side has a curl at the bottom of the tray so it actually holds in magazine pages quite nicely.
Bad Points:
* Some people have said that it has weak joints, i can see what they mean but so far it's holding up. It can have a loose feel depending on how you lock the joints.

But its not flexible enough for you to quickly change its position for different purpose as they quote. They provide cheat sheet where it neatly explains the diff position how to do it and stuffs.. trust me, you can not do it alone...you need third hand definitely to change the position.
I would give 3 or 4 star if the price is like 30 or 40$. I made a mistake going to their site itself and end up paying 90$ + tax = 109$...such a waste of money...(i was in a hurry to gift this to my friend)
I did not like the quality of made as well (for the price)
There must be better copy of the same for cheap price.
