Now with swivel wheels, the cart is very easy to maneuver. I am happy with the purchase. Instruction to assemble the back (large) wheels was a bit confusing (reason for only 4 stars). The drawing for the 2 types of pins did NOT match with the written instruction. Once I figured out which pin goes where, it was easy. Ignore the drawing alphabet markings and just simply follow the written instruction. The instruction also mentioned NO need for tool. However, I had to use a pair of pliers in order to bend the pins for locking in the wheels. Yes, like some had mentioned, there is a plastic chemical odor from the tires and handle. The new plastic is gassing off. Leaving outdoor in the hot sun for a few days helps to speed up this process and remove the odor. Mine is currently still sitting outdoor (it only has been a day) and the odor is fading away.

We have used it several times and so far it is proving to be up to the task of weekly grocery hauling. The swivel wheels do get stuck on uneven pavement sometimes though, so be careful. All in all, it is working out very well.
